Medical Plans We offer three separate medical plans from which you can choose, based on the best fit for your health needs and budget. Employees also have the option to open up their own Health Savings Account. Dental Plan Chateau Élan offers a comprehensive Dental PPO Plan to its employees.

Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance Chateau Élan offers Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage. Employee’s are eligible to elect the coverage in $10,000 increments – not to exceed 4 times the annual salary. When first eligible as a new hire employees have the option to elect up to $150,000 of Voluntary Life/AD&D without having to complete health questions.

Voluntary Dependent Life/AD&D Insurance If an employee chooses to elect employee Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage they are then eligible to elect Voluntary Life/AD&D for their spouse and/or children. The spouse Voluntary Life/AD&D amount elected cannot exceed 50% of the employee elected amount. Child Voluntary Life/AD&D is a set amount based on the child’s age.

Voluntary Short Term Disability Chateau Élan offers Voluntary Short-Term Disability Coverage. Under the Short-Term Disability plan once the 15 day elimination period has been satisfied an employee could be eligible to receive 60% of their weekly earnings up to a maximum of $1,500 per week.

Voluntary Long Term Disability Chateau Élan offers Voluntary Long-Term Disability Coverage. Under the Long-Term Disability plan once the 180 day elimination period has been satisfied an employee could be eligible to receive 60% of their monthly earnings up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.

Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Company has currently elected to match 50% of the first 4% contributed to the plan by the employee. Immediately 100% vested in contributions and a 5 year graded schedule for the match. Eligible employees may contribute (both pretax and Roth) up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
